I am having issues with apps failing to start and the device will on now and then lock up.

what apps fail to start?
What do mean by the device lock up?
Please also tell me the screen resolution so that i can provide you the correct firmware.
I will be appreciated if you can provide us a short video to show us the problem directly.

Fm radio app fails to load.
Noe and then the device will fail to respond.
How do I get the resolution?
