Looking for new Firmware

Hej, i´m looking for a new firmware for my radio. Please look at my signature.

The radio sometimes going in black screen then i can´t do nothing. Sometimes it takes about 10min before i can use the radio.
It seems that something scary is going on.

If there is no new firmware how can i resolve the problem?? I have already tried to reset but still same issue.
