Dear Jammy,

Please can you provide the firmware for my HU. There are a couple of issues that I believe this could solve.

The voice command after I was instructed to reset the unit now id problematic and the unit no longer works as it did before support instructed me to do a factory reset. I want the unit to behave as it did when I first bought it, before the reset.

Ok.Here is the firmware i had just got from our engineers.You can flash it.

Download and un-zip the rar files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot. Then enter into the settings - extra settings - system update.

I sold the BMW complete with the android HU. The flash restored everything as I liked it, thanks.

I bought a VW EOS 2007 and wish to get a Pumpkin HU for this. Zoey in customer service has been very helpful, as have you...finally! I'd like to support your company again.

The only reason I would hesitate to buy another Pumpkin unit is the reluctance you have for supplying firmware and upgrades/updates.

Can you assure me if I buy another Pumpkin unit I will have free access to it's firmware and update/upgrade files?

Also can you advise which are the correct Pumpkin model(s) for this vehicle? VIN: WVWZZZ1FZ8V010645 YEAR: 2007 REG.: LT57LXE

Once again I'd like one with all the fruit, rear reversing camera on number plate, front DVR, microphone, OBD dongle, forget the DAB though-it was useless.

I suggest you considering the following unit:CN10-03xxx or CN01-03xxx.For more details of one specific model ,you can consult Zoey .
