How do I factory reset

I have been trying to figure out how to do a factory reset on this device the only problem is I have tried all 10 different codes I have found in your forum and none of them are working

please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
Is there anything wrong with your unit?

In the page of the bluetooth call,input ##3188 and calling ,then enter factory settings page.

every time I opened it the sound was in max. I tried to upgrade it to 5.1 and it stuck and does not open. I can do it 4.4; and how?

this is an old radio which had been sold out for a long time and there is no firmware to flash it again.
We don't suggest our clients flash the unit without our guidance.Sorry that i am unable to help you.
