Hi How do i find the model number of my pumpkin radio. It is a double din ford fit. How do i download firmware and how do i turn the radio off when i want to watch a movie. If i mute it it mutes the movie too. If i close the radio app it still plays

Hi,
the model number label is paste on the metal surface of the unit. If yours is android unit,for this issue,you can directly click the go back button to turn the radio off and next turn the video on.

And i must confirm your SKU(model number),so that i can try to provide you firmware to you if this can do any help.
