Any Firmware or Android Update?

Hello

i just want to ask if my Radio have any firmware or android update?

I have bought the Radio from Amazon, OrderID: "305-6543762-6552305". Unit: RQ0267

Unfortunately it is very slow when im using Spotify and Google Maps at the same time. It is practically not usable. So maybe a software or android update is the solution?

And also i want to know which radio is the fastest what you at this moment have?

Please try to update the firmware.

Please download the files into one empty SD card, insert the card to GPS slot.
Then Click Settings - About Device - System Upgrade.

unfortunately its not better... its really slow when im using Google Maps and Spotify at the same time... its absolutely unusable. do you have any suggestion?

did you run other program at the same time?
You can check your availability ratio of RAM and try to clear up some program.

Thank you unfortunately i just use google maps and spotify at the same time... any other programs are closed. It could be possible that the ram is too small. Kindly i would purchase a new radio but i need to know which unit is the fastest.

For the faster unit, you can consider our android 7.1 unit with 2GB RAM such as AS0272 or CN10-02308.

Alright, i will take a look. Are the connections the same? I done alot very komplex cable managment and also wiring. So can i use the same connection as my unit now?
