Hi,

is there any new firmware for the CN01-03302B-08A device?
I really have problems receiving Radio Channels in my Volkswagen Golf 6.
The original Radio had a really good reception.

I also have problems with the left front speaker. It seems much less loud like the right one.

Maybe you can help me with that.

for the radio issue,if the signal is no good ,you can contact the customer service to send you the signal amplifier Y0035 or Y0015.
For the sound issue,you can enter settings - amplifier - set the sound distrubution.
