PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Is there a updated firmware for this model of Pumpkin 8-Core, unfortunately I don't know the model number which I guess is on the unit somewhere.

I seem to have occasional issues with no sound from the left or right channels but not always.

Hi,
the speaker cable might not connect tightly.You can try to plug-out the unit and re-plug the connectors again.
