Hi,
Is there an firmware update for this model?
I am having WiFi problems and wondering a firmware update could fix it.

Hi, could you please tell us your current system version on the unit?
About the wifi issue, could you please tell us more details about it? Does it display the wifi signal or it never open the wifi signal?
You can also check if the unit can play the music from the USB cable?

Hi,
I managed to sort out the wifi issue, it was my Ad guard app on my phone blocking internet access during wifi tethering. My current Android version is v4.4 Kitkat.
