Hi, sorry for the late reply due to the Dragon Boat Festival.
About the firmware update, sorry that we don't have the new, and this unit comes with wince system, we don't suggest our clients flash the unit, cause it may lead some other problem.
About the navigation update, It does not support to update via website, but if we got new map file from the factory, we can send to you via email, all you need to do is just download and use it, and here is the lin of our latest navigation maps file.
