Hi, can you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
About the update for your unit, could you please tell us your current firmware version?
If there is a new one, we can send it to you.
But please notice, normally we don't suggest our clients update the unit when it works as it should be.
And about the update for GPS navigation, it does not support to update via website, but if we got new map file from the factory, we can send to you via email, all you need to do is just download and use it.
