I need correct firmware for my C0257 unit. Now it`s without GPS and bluetooth (bluetooth has been missing all the time).

Hi, before we send you the correct firmware, please tell us the current system version on the unit.
And you can try to enter the recovery mode and restore the factory settings to check.

Currently i have -


Originally there was FINEVEA logo at startup, now Android logo.

is already tried, didn´t start at all.

I am ready to try different versions if necessary.

If this does not help, it may the android board broken, you can return it back to us for repair.

Unfortunately it wasn't a big success, after some time i realized to rename file "update.img" but it just bricked the unit to FINEVEA logo (again).


Anyway i installed earlier version from internal SD slot like i did last time and it is alive again (with no bluetooth and GPS).

Any ideas? Probably the unit is faulty but who knows how (are these fully tested at factory?)?

It maybe the android board fault.
You'd better return it back to us for repair.
