Stuck at boot icon

My Pumpkin radio is stuck at the boot logo...

Tried to "reboot" from the android screen - no good.
Tried to recover from a backup - no image file found

I originally ordered on Amazon : Order # 103-3110853-7894620

BUT, my truck was broken into weeks after the initial order and there was damage to the initial ordered unit. When the truck was being fixed, the body shop put a newly purchased unit into the truck (same as the initial one)

Should be unit: Model Number: C0537

Radio boots to logo... and gets stuck.
Radio WILL boot into RST mode...

Can I get someone to assist with this issue? Driving around with a $500 paperweight. Guess I could always go to the professional installers that installed the unit at the body shop and have them return the unit for a new one.... But I would assume providing the files would be much easier for you guys.....
