Hi i have recently purchased 11-RQ0267 5.1 Lollypop from ebay item number 321592067673
Its a fantastic unit and ive been having fun adding apps and playing around with what it can do. I have 2 querys and a request if possible.
1) When i download "All 4" when the app starts and says that it wont run properly because the device is "rooted"
2) When i download "UK TV Play" i get an error stating that im not in the uk and the programmes wont play
3) Netflix lets me login but errors when i try and play anything.
4) When i use my ELM bluetooth adaptor the device will load once then reset and load again on startup. This doesnt occur when i have the adaptor unplugged before I start the unit i understand from reading some posts that there may be a firmware update to fix this issue. Please could I be sent such an update.

Regarding the apps issue, we don't test the "All 4" and "UK TV play", some apps may need to connect the internet, and cause they could not work on our unit, it's possible that they are not compatible with our unit, sorry about this. You may use your phone to download and check it.
About the forth issue caused by the bluetooth OBD connection, sorry about it, you can try to install the update firmware to solve it, here is the link for you.
