Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the firmware and MCU, cause it may lead other big problem.

I tested Android 4.4 and have made a backup of the vohandenen firmware.
but now I want to again Android 5.1

Could you please tell us what kind problem you had?
I don't quite understand why you insist to get the ROM and MCU file.
And even if we ask the factory to provide the MCU file, we also need to know if it help you solve the problem, hope your understanding.

And if you want to get the MCU file, we need to ask the factory to provide.
I still need to kindly remind you, please don't flash the ROM/MCU when the unit works as it should.

Normally if you don't install other mcu file or unkown firmware, the unit could not have the hardware keys issue.
We will ask the factory to give us the mcu file for your unit RQ0261.
If you don't get a soon reply here, please contact our customer service. Hope your understanding.
