CN10-02201B-08A Won't connect toWi-fi Hotspot on Samsung S7 Active

Hello, my CN10-02201B-08A will connect to my home wi-fi but will not connect to the hotspot on my Samsung S7 Active. I had returned a previous unit (same model) because the SD card reader wasn't working and that unit would connect to my S7. So I know I am taking the proper steps and it just isn't working. Hoping I don't have to return this unit also.

Hi,
sorry to bring you a bad experience.
Regarding the hot spot problem,please first try to clear up all the wifi connection record of the unit and then connect again. Did you try other other hot spot? If you don't mind,we hope you also can reboot your phone.

Same problem with my Sony Xperia XCompact. I tried:
- Reset WIFI connection records and connect again
- Restart of the phone
- Tried another Hot-Spot on my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
Nothing seems to work, the unit cannot connect.

:!:***HINT***: To all complaining about slow units: Pumpkin is limiting the maximum CPU frequency to 1200 MHz (at least for my radio-type) although they are advertised with 1600 MHz ***HINT*** :!:
