When install an app icon appears on the display, the application works.
But then disappears the icon to start it from the screen, to start it I have to go to open manage applications.

I solved this problem using recovery and backup, though when I restored the car radio an application did not disappear from the second screen.

After formatting the car, I noticed (check) that one or more apps are missing from the first startup after the purchase (buy).
An app that is missing is: Torque Pro.
