Built-in bluetooth app poor pairing functions

I'm having trouble pairing the Pumpkin supplied and recommended OBDII dongle.

The factory bluetooth app doesn't pair with this dongle at all.

Instead of offering a dialogue box with a pairing number request it has a box with OK..OBDII...Cancel.



That's all I get, and if I choose OK or OBDII nothing happens. Atr this time the bluetooth icon at the top of the screen

is dimmed out.

I have tried third-party bluetooth apps, but none have much luck either.

Hi,
The OBD Y0223 has some compatibility problem with this kind of unit .You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to return it and change another kind of the bluetooth OBD. Sorry for this.
