Some issues CN10-03204B

Hello.
I have bougt CN10-03204B from ebay.

I have some issues with unit.
From time to time i get no BT connection to my phone. BT on phone works OK, because it is all the time connected to my smart watch. And when i go searching for BT devices,i get none.

Second issue is with DAB+ application. Even when there is strong signal, all the bars are green, sound sometimes stops. And when i open some other app on top of DAB+ app, like navigation, DAB+ app stops working.

Is there any software update for those problems?

About the bluetooth issue,
1.you can try to use a thin stick to click the RST hole to reset the unit.
2.Does the unit find other phones? Please tell me your phone model and system.
About the DAB issue,you can install this lateset DAB+ app.

Thank you for quick answer.
1. Wil that reset everything? And will i loose all the apps installed and configured?
2. Will try wit other phones. But it is strange, because after a day it founds my phone allso without problems. I will be observing this issue further.
My phone is Sony Xperia Z5 compact with Android 7.1.1 32.4.A.1.54

Hi,
reset the unit won't loose the app installed and configured.It just disconnect all the power and reboot again.
