hands free issue

Hi all so got my stereo today and installed it.
The stereo is the ford android 7.1
My issue is the hands free is terrible in the car it only plays though one speaker at front right drivers side.
This cant be surely how do i make it stereo meaning come through more than one speaker.

Usually when you are using hands free ,there is only two front speakers working.Do all four speakers work when you are listening music?

sorry for the late reply.
For the return issue, you need to contact the customer service.
For the bluetooth issue,this should be problem from the bluetooth module. You can contact the customer service to change an unit.

my old Kenwood bluetooth unit would only play phone calls through one speaker, left or right, I could pick. Why would you want a phone call to come through every speaker? just curious.
