CN10-01202B touchscreen problem

The touchscreen is no longer responding. This means that I cannot select any buttons on the screen making it impossible to select any options.
Front panel buttons MENU, NAVI, BAND, NEXT, PREVIOUS Have same problem, nothing happens if I push some of those button. Mute, volume (ON/OFF) and open buttons works normally. What I should do?

Connect a USB interface mouse to the item, and use the mouse to reset the item to factory settings, password "7890" solve my problem, THANKS!
