Black screen on video

Hello,
Since i have my radio (https://www.autopumpkin.com/car-dvd-pla ... -32gb.html), when I play a video (native video player, youtube, netflix, dailymotion) I have the sound but the screen stay black. What can I do to solve this problem.

Hi, did the unit display some note such as disable watching movie when driving?
If yes ,you should enter into settings - car settings page and click the option "watching movie when driving ".
