Just installed on right hand drive VW Caddy

Im getting no audio out of the right speaker but speaker is ok on old head unit. Is there something I have wrong in the settings? I have checked all the obvious things like balance control and also checked harness was corrected.

Also I cant seem to change the rudder control. I change it to right and it does not update. So when right door is open it still shows left door open!

Do I have a duff unit or is this all pilot error?

Hi,
1.did you try to check whether all speaker cable get around 6V power?
2.after you chang the rudder control ,you need to manually reboot the unit to apply it.
