Bottom of touchscreen is unresponsive

I have a Pumpkin 11-RQ0264. The bottom section of the touchpanel is unresponsive. Many menu options and keys are now unuseable to me because the bottom portion of the screen is unresponsive. Please advise.

Hello. I received the new touch panel and installed it and the touchscreen now works properly. However, the unit no longer plays music. It plays tones when you press buttons and it will play music from the AM/FM Radio. However, there is no sound from bluetooth or other apps anymore. Also, the button illumination no longer works either. The buttons remain unlit with the illumination wire connected or disconnected. Please advise.
