Pumpkin android freeze on LOGO

Hello sit . i have an android kitkat 4.4 model universal 7 inch 1024x600 Quad core

it freeze on the logo and won't start.

how can i hard reset reset the unit?

i tried to push the button in the front hole but nothing happen.

please help.

Hi, regarding your issue, you can try to install the the firmware for your unit RQ0255, here is the link for you.

About the firmware installing process, please refer the below steps to check.
Please download through your browser,copy all files to an empty sd card with FAT32 format, insert the sd card to GPS slot.
Press and hold the power button, do not release, and use a sharp thin sticker to press and hold the RST button for around 10 seconds, then you release the RST button, but still keeps hold the power button, you should heard 3 beep sound, then you release the power button, and short press the power button for once, then check will it goes into a English version recovery menu? Please don't let the power off or do other operation, in case led the android board damaged. Here is a video for your reference.
