NOT WORKING

I have the KD-C0234 model and when I turn the car on, I get the Android logo. It doesn't want to log into the main screen and play music. Any ideas regarding the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding your issue, you can try to install the firmware to solve the problem.

Order number is 116-0932182-4002602 (through Amazon). It was delivered on 1/28/2016.

I was able to do a restore off a backup and now I have the unit back up and running, but there are some things that don't seem to work, like the time and the date. When I have it set to the GPS setting, it displays a time and date 12 hours into the future, so I had to manually set the time and the date. Will the update you mention above correct things like that? In other words, is this a recent, new update that I should install or is this just the system that's already on the unit?
