wifi stopped working

Hi, I have C0255 unit from Japanese Amazon - Order# 250-4153726-6095043
I already asked you a lot of questions about it, but now I got a serious problem.
after 2months of use wifi stopped working. It doesnt want to turn on. Here is
a video that illustrates the problem.

I tried to kill engine few time, reset button, factory reset, nothing works.
Everything else seems to work fine, bluetooth as well. Only the wifi wont
turn on and I use it to connect the unit to internet through my iphone.

Hi, could you please check if the unit can play music through USB cable?
You can enter the setting--backup&reset--factory data reset to restore the factory setting, then check if the wifi will work.

Hi, it plays music through USB cable. I mean, I have mp3 on USB disk and it plays them
without any trouble. I did factory data reset nothing changed.

Its a big problem, because there is no other way how to get internet into the device from
my iphone.

Wifi is the only way how to get internet into this thing
from an iphone right? It cannot connect to internet using

Hi, you can try to use the 3G dongle which need to connect to the USB cable to get internet.

Please notice, you can contact your local provider and ask if they can provide the WCDMA network type sim card, because our radio can only support 3G WCDMA signal.

Yes, that is a way around it. But I want the wifi to work. I dont want to pay extra for 3G dongle and
internet contract just for my car.

Hi, if you don't want to use the 3G dongle or your local supplier don't have the WCDMA network sim card, you can choose to return it back to us for repair.

Hi i have same problem after about 3 months but i cannot play music from USB anything is working on usb. So wifi and usb are no working. Any solution?

Could you please first tell us your order number?
Regarding your issue, the rear USB port and the wifi don't work at the same time, it's possible that the mainboard has problem.
You can contact the customer service to replace the main board or return it back to us for repair.
