Black Screen - Touch working

Good morning
My unit is working in blind, is completlie black, i manage to work just with radio once that i know where the bottons are.
I had made the Rst with the middle bottom procedure and nothing.
What could i do to solve this?

Hi,
if you can still touch the screen and get response,you can contact the customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the display screen.
