I can't tell u The order number as I'm installing the headunit for my friend who isn't contactable atm. It's a pumpkin 11-rq0264 5.1 Android.

First of all the WiFi reception is shit doesn't pick up the router 10 metres away. Can a aerial off a usb WiFi dongle be soldered to the wire to give it a better range.?

The subwoofer output rca doesn't even have 1v not to mention there's no where to adjust the subwoofer output in the headunit can this be fixed?

Also the remote wire doesn't turn on the amplifier this also needs to be fixed

Hi, the order number does not matter, the product SKU can help us check.
For the wifi reception, cause our wifi antenna stands in the back of the unit, when you install the unit into your car console, then the wifi signal reception will be affected more or less.You can share the hot spot from your smartphone to get the more strong internet signal.
If the built in wifi works, the USB wifi dongle do little help on improving the wifi signal reception.
For the subwoofer output, you can connect one of our couple rca output, such as Rear Out L and R, or Front Out L and R.
The suggestion that there is a setting place where can ajust the subwoofer output will be feed back to the factory, we will try to make it available in the future.
For the remote wire, could you please tell us what kind of your car? Cause this unit is an universal model which does not support the factory amplifier, if you connect a external amplifier, then you can connect the remote wire to control the external amplifer.

Connecting the remote with will only turn on the amp not control it

Hi, this unit support to connect an external amplifier but it does not support to change or change the external amplifier.
