PX5 reverse camera issue.

I have installed a rear parking camera, however I cant get any image from it when connecting to CAM-IN, it however it comes up straight away if i use the VIDEO-IN.
I have tried connecting the reverse in wire to the lead coming off the video cable, however again I get no image displayed still, if its any help the camera connects to the reverse lights. Please could you provide any suggestions.

About this issue ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video or some connection pictures to help them understand your query and find the cause.
