Touch screen 11-RQ0269E

Hello, I have the unit 11-RQ0269E installed in the car for 20 months, and since 1 month ago there is an area of the screen that does not work for me, someone would know how to repair it.
I sent a message to support@autopumpkin.com, but they do not answer.

Same problem here, look at my topic. Busy for a month now to get a solution for 2 radio's with the same problem... ridiculous

Well I answered the support, you have to change the touch panel.
At the end they give me back the purchase, good Pumpkin service.
