Hi, could you please tell us what problem the unit have?
Normally we don't suggest our client download and install the firmware when the unit work well.
And if you still want to get it, please first tell us the firmware version from Settings--about machine.

about this issue, you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com . You need to tell them your order number or show them some pictures to help them confirm your unit model.
