Hi,

I don't think this is correct. Amazon returns only work for 30 days and this unit is over that time now. Partly due to the protracted time it has taken to find out that the unit cannot be fixed by me using this forum... The listing on Amazon states:

"Important Information
Seller Warranty Description
We offer our customers an 18-month warranty for quality-related issues for the machine."

I have a quality related issue. The unit is dead. It will not boot up. It is useless to me as a head unit. I require an exchange or replacement.
Please arrange for the dispatch of another unit, or a suitable replacement immediately.

I assume that the whole of China are on holiday right now as you are no longer responding to messages here, or from Amazon. What is going on?
