AutoPlayBox USB dongle sound problems!!

Just received 'Auto Play Box' USB adapter for my WinCE headunit,

It works OK managed to load the .exe file onto the GPS card set the path etc, and it opens up and shows car play... can navigate through it fine, but when playing audio sound only comes out of the front speakers in my car, no rear speaker sound or to my subwoofer. It is also VERY hissy audio and BAD quality. It is not a problem with iphone or car speakers as aux input plays perfect just as it should. Is this normal because i was expecting it to be alot better for £45.99 - Probably return it if i cant get it sorted, was the whole reason i purchased it to play spotify music. Cant see any options for settings in the .exe either just volume which does nothing....

-Im using original apple that came with phone.

-car is opel corsa d 2006.

Hi,
it is normal that the sound only comes from the front speakers via car play .
About the bad sound quality issue, you can first check the sound while you play BT music .If the sound of BT music is good , then you can consider contacting the pumpkin customer service to change a auto play box.
