IGO screen freeze

I purchase my pumpkin stereo(order # 100005423) and installed this weekend. Problem i'm having is when I load the IGO app for nav it freezes the screen. Screen says "THE START POINT HAS DISABLED THE GPS RECEIVER". I have to force it close. I have tried uninstalling the app and the reinstalling it from the sd card but that does not help.
Any ideas?

Hi, could you please first do a factory settings restore?
If this does not help, maybe the maps file is broken, here is the link of the maps, you can try it to check.

I had to re-install the maps, but it works now. Thanks for the help and the link to the map download.
