No radio reception

Hello Everyone,
I received a ND0474H yesterday. All I hooked and in wired in a opel Zafira b. For some reason I can not get any regular radio stations. I have checked the cabling multiple times. If i manually scroll around I can get about two weak signals. The search Funktion does not find anything. I hope you can help.

Hi, 1.please confirm you had connect this radio adaptor.

2.you can try to enter settings - car settings - factory settings (3368) - other page and check whether option radio area is right or not.

Here a picture how it is attached. It doesn’t make a difference if I plug in the antenna or not. With the old radio everything worked.

Hi there, just installed mine. Initially had the same effect. Looking at the picture of the adaptercable, the right side, push it in really good. It should make a click. After this click it was all OK with mine.

Hi MastaPuffy, Is there any other same connectors which can be connect to the radio adaptor ? If your original car stereo has GPS function and these two connectors are the same , Maybe you mix them .
2.if the first step does not help ,you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to further help .You need to tell them youi order number .

Yes my car has build in gps I am using the gps from the car with a adapter on the radio.

This works good and I have full gps reception. I use the blue antenna for gps and white for radio. This should be correct.
Everything have been checked multiple times.
