Steering wheel controls mk5 order no: 100003569

Hi ,

I have recently installed pumpkin 8.0 android 8 inch unit on my mk 5 golf (2008 model). Over all I love the screen but have two issues with it.
1- on my steering wheel controls only my volume up and down button is working apart from that none of the steering controls work. That means I can not change tracks or any other features from my steering controls. Could you please advice to make all controls functional .
2- the front 2 doors always show the wrong door open. So when right front door is opened the screen shows left door open on display . Also consntantly it showing that the car hood is open when it’s not.

Hi,
1.could you show me an picture about your steering wheel so that we can confirm the buttons on the steering wheel ?
2.you can enter settings - car settings - factory settings(126),then change the ruder referring to the following picture.Next,click apply and exit button .
