Pumpkin CN01-05304S-02D won't BOOT

I purchased in June 2018

Payment Confirmation of Order 100003104

Pumpkin 7 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Car Stereo/Radio/DVD Player
This I installed in June and worked fine and I was happy with the Unit.
Until just before Christmas when the unit failed to Boot with nothing on the screen at all.
I looked at the forums and followed the instructions to reset the unit but nothing happened except the red LEDs and the physical buttons came on but went off when I released the power button..
Do you have any suggestions or does the unit need returning for diagnostics/repair?
