Problems with Nigth Brightness Level

Hello,

i purchased a Pumpkin Android 8.0A radio trough amazon in germany.
The order nummer von amazon is: Bestellnr. 306-4039810-1671518
The sticker on the radio has this numbers:
B07KP71TJ8 ND0293B-A01

When i switch the headlights on the radio begins to flicker. It sets a high brightness level and then a low and so on.
In the settings i can not adjust the night brightness level. When i touch on bar bar it goes straight out from this
setting screen.

Can anybody suggest a possible solution for this problem?
