GPS does not work

Until now there was no problem, but the sensitivity of GPS declined and navigation ceased to respond.
Is it a problem with GPS antennas?

Hi, first you can try to use an thin stick to click the reset button on the panel of the unit.
If it doesn't help, plug out the unit and check the power of the GPS connector. It should have 3.3V normally.

Hi, i mean test whether the power of the GPS connector back of the unit get 3.3V or not?

If it is 3.3V around, then you can contact the pumpkin customer service where you bought the unit to change the GPS antenna .
If it isn't 3.3v around, then contact them to change the mother board.
