Display taking a whie to show reversing camera

Having a couple of issues. When i go into reverse the unit goes blank and says no input then after 20-30 seconds it will show the rear camera view. The other issue is the usb does not work at all. The unit is still under warranty. Could you advise on what to do. tem model number: CS-W0513
