Back usb ports not working

Hi, recently my back two usb ports arnt working - i use it to charge my iphone and the other one having a 32gb usb in it and now it doesn't work all of a sudden, Does anyone know if theres a update to fix it or what do i do ? i just did a hard reset of the system.

I hear a buzzing noise when no music is playing ( annoying ) but when i remove the USB back thing it goes away, but USB doesn't work even if its plugged in.
