Headunit is not connecting to Bluetooth

Hello, I installed an app that is not allowing me to connect to bluetooth from my device. I downloaded the same app to my phone and it works just fine with bluetooth. Are there any updates for my device?

Hi,

Can you offer the SKU of your head unit?
The SKU label on the back of the radio or on the package box. You can check it.

Maybe the app you installed does not compatible with the unit.
