[AA0411B] CN01 Serie / not working touchscreen and touchbuttons

Hi, i have the pumpkin aa0411b device. The touchscreen and the buttons doesn’t work. This device is new (1 week) and i can‘t get it working.

Device: CN01 aa0411b
MCU:CSN2_1062019_143526
Buildnumber: 201911231230

Maybe i need to install firmware and mcu updates.
Factoryreset doesn‘t help (tested it with usb mouse).

Hello,

Please try to long-press the rst button to reboot the head unit.
Or disconnect the negative electrode of the car battery for about 1 minute, and then connect it.

Hello, i got firmware + mcu from support team but my problem exist. I am the only one who has this problem with aa0411b-b01? Any tips to get touchscreen working?

Is it unavailable for the first time or after a period of normal use?
