Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

I recently installed my DD01273-US head unit in my car to replace my old autopumpkin and my OBD2 dongle will connect and work for a little bit, torque will report while it is connected, it will not communicate with the ECU. This is same dongle I used with my older unit for over 3 years with no issues and I can use the same dongle with my cell phone no problems. I am a computer nerd and have tried to resolve this issue and one step was to do a factory reset and just start all over since it is a new install but my unit will not do a factory reset. When I press the factory reset button, it will ask if I am sure and then nothing happens. No factory reset or anything. I was hoping there is a firmware update for the px5 Model #DD01273-US? Maybe it can fix my issues. If not, do you have any suggestions? I would be appreciative of any help. Thank you

Where did you buy the DD01273-US head unit?
I think Pumpkin does not have this head unit.
