Hello,

Our technical team said the hardware of the car stereo does not support the front camera, please do not modify the options in the factory settings.
And we suggest you buy aa DVR with a USB interface, which is equivalent to a front camera.

Thank you
Jammy

Jammy,
I think you did not get the point unfortunately...
I use a DVR which is mounted at the wind shield.
My backup camera is OEM and it works.
What we would expect (and independent of the fact if you sell those or not...) would be to get a real front cam working which is mounted at the front end of the car to have the same effect as the back camera.
It would more or less just a software solution to get it working on the Video In port, or an additional CAM-In for the front cam.

That means that the front cam is switched on only if you come back from the reverse gear and should be switched on for a short time of may be 10-20 seconds.

Once again... A Dashcam is not usable for this issue.

@Jammy... No, sorry.
We need to have some additional port for a front cam, which is switched by software if you leave the reverse gear. This is for parking purposes.
We don´t need additional screens, we have a big one just in front of us, using a good head unit from Pumpkin. :-)
So I am asking your engineers to follow up on this to get an additional input for a front cam.

Jammy, this is something we know...
As I posted, you at Pumpkin should really think about a solution. Just saying that it is not supported is quite thin, right? ;-)
Your software architects should have something in the drawer... :-)
