Hi Team .
I have a Pumpkin head unit for a Ford focus ST.
The unit worked fine, until 2 days ago.
The unit does not boot up and there is no display.
When I power on there is just 3 quick beeps followed by 10sec silence and then a slightly longer beep. That's all it does.
1. remove power to radio still the same.
2. pressed RST button still the same
3. tried recovery sequence, still the same.
Has anyone out there experienced the same problem ?
Is there a fix for this ?
Kind Regard.
Any information will me much appreciated.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the Mid-autumn Festival.
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
You can first try like this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISvf3alUpLY
Please do it step by step:
1、Long press the RST about 15 seconds,then release the RST,hear 1 "beep";
2、Press the pow button and the “RST” in the same time for 15 seconds, then release the RST (but don't release the pow button ), you would hear 3 "beep";
3、Keep pressing the pow button about 10 seconds, see the recovery manual or something,hear one "beep" then release the pow button.
Please tell us the result after following the above steps, whether the unit could enter the recovery model, the unit go to the main menu.
Regards
