Hi,
Could you please tell us your order number so that we can check your product details?
Then we can provide you the best solution.
According to our experience, the factory settings password should be 126.
You can do a factory data reset and try to input the 126 to check.

Hi,
Did you try the factory data reset to check?
And you can go to the Settings--language and input to set the current keyboard.
Hope some help.

Hi,
I ever got the same problem like you, input the password 126, but the unit could not enter the factory settings.
And I used the easier way by doing the factory data reset to solve this problem, so I wanted to confirm if you tried this.
You don't need to enter the password to reset the system, just go to the Settings--backup and reset to do the factory data reset.
If I misunderstood you or you did not understand me, please take a short video to help us check, upload it to youtube, then send the link.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply.
That's strange problem, hope you can provide us a video to check.
And you can try to install the update firmware to solve this problem.
Here is the link for you.
https://mega.nz/#!ZYFCGIZY!vlVpc2S_zPiz ... xD2mRZkC60
Please download through your browser, copy all files to an empty sd card with FAT32 format, insert the sd card to GPS slot.
Power on the unit, press and hold the power button and the RST button for around 3-5 seconds, first release the RST button, then you release the power button, the unit will goes into a English version recovery menu.
Twist the volume button to choose the recovery option, and long press the power button to enter the "update system/mcu image from sd card and clear all up".

Hi,
After discussing your issue with the technician, he said that you could flash the unit with mcu file to solve the problem.
Here is the link of the mcu for your unit RQ0264.

You can refer the below forum to download and install the mcu.
