Google Play Store connection error

After trying all sorts of how to's on the web, I still can not get any connection to Google Play Store.
Everything else works fine and conecting to the internet.

Anybody solved this problem?

I have the E46 Android 4.4 system

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
About the Google play store not working, you can do the factory data reset to check.
