reset system to factory setting

I just tryied it but no change
the cose 126 dosent erase the system ...

in the boot menu there is option : wipe and erase all system
mayb I need to choose this option ?
I hope it wont ruin my system ....

Hi,
You need to choose the option "update system/mcu image from sd card and clear all up".
Then the unit will automatically flash the item.

Could you please tell us if the unit works except the problem you described?
I don't know if you install the mcu file successfully.

the system workes fine .
i just want to resest it and start from new ...
it works great

the mcu installed and the version is of aug 2016 ( it was may 2016)
